Formal training in healthcare systems, regulatory compliance, and care coordination means Ivory Crest Care is managed with both compassion and professional precision — fully compliant with California Title 22 RCFE regulations.
Certified RCFE Administrator
California DSS-certified to operate a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly. Our administrator meets and exceeds every state licensing requirement — and brings clinical expertise that the license alone does not require.

We are not a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and do not provide licensed respiratory therapy treatment services as part of standard RCFE care.
